What I offer: A Classic 1967 Grand Banks
One of the finest vessels ever built. A great
family boat. This in not a light plastic boat. This
vessel is solid with serious, long-range
capabilities boat. 700-1000 miles.

Some photos are "before", "after" photos coming
soon. I have not upgraded photos since Oct 2009.

May 2010 – New Cushion – Reversable. The main
cabin has tropical design on one side with dark green trim
and dark green on the reverse. These are just a few
of the cushions.

This is the dark green side with
tropical trim and tropical design
on the reverse.

The Captain's seat is White Vinyl on one side with
dark trim and the reverse is dark green.

Top material

Cushions not installed yet. Once the interior is
completed, painted the cushion will look great instead.

Here is what I offer now $45,500.
If I finish it, the price will be $65,000.
It is loaded with new equipment
and new paint, interior.
I would consider a 42' or larger trade.

Price will continue to go up as I complete more work.
Wow, beautiful, exotic, all new upholstery (not just recovered, all new foam. etc.) plus additional cushion's for forward bed and pillows. All new white screen for the outside of the windows, new green canvas where it was needed. More Photos soon. All new complete wiring and electrical going on right now.

I believe that my boat will be valued at a minimum of $65 or more once finished. Or buy-it-now and do some work yourself and save lots of $$$ or hire some people, lots of workers are out of work and can work for less now. Not a lot to do, just takes time.

The diesel runs great, starts right up every time. Inspected by professional diesel mechanic and a very good report. Always properly maintained.

All of the Grand Banks 32' are the basically the same design and the same materials up to 1974. But not all are in great shape. The ones that are, sell for up-to and sometime more then $100,000. So the year does not matter, it is a matter of condition, equipment, etc. They built 861 of these vessels all with the same basic design up to 1993. This is number 55.

I work with pride. This is a very special beautiful boat. It is loaded with new equipment. The Grand Banks boats have been the traditional industry design to copy and others have tried over the last 50 years but the Grand Banks is still the vessel to own. One of the most seaworthy, long range go almost anywhere boats.

This is a great family boat or live-a-board.

WHAT I HAVE DONE RECENTLY since March 09.

I have just refinished the bottom with 3 coats of quality bottom paint.
The bottom of the hull is really nice.
I also refinished the hull and bulwarks.
Nice stainless, nice canvas on bridge and stern.
Nice canvas covers.
Nice canvas over names on bridge.
Nice canvas on oval names house.
Nice canvas over horn front of house.
New white Sunscreen all windows
New upholstery Jan, 2010

I have the mast and boom, but it is off at present.
I am in the process of stripping all the varnish off the teak and refinishing.
I have stripped all paint on the house and new paint soon.
I will be repainting the interior (which is not in bad condition) and wanting to make the boat look new.

Work in progress, best is to come see the vessel. After paint and varnish
I would put this boat up against any GB 32' the same year and many newer vessels.

I also repainted the flybridge.

New wiring and new circuit breakers in progress. When completed it would truly be a
serious $65k + boat. Must see to appreciate.
