You might be surprised at how easy it can be and how
many do it the hard way and have many problems. You are responsible for your vessel and and damage you cause to another boat. If your wake in a harbor causes problems to another boat or the people in it, they spill something, you are responsible. Many never really get it right because they never knew the right way to handle their vessel.
